Coaters & Laminators
Coaters ensure the liquid adhesive or sealant is spread onto a substrate at an exact, uniform thickness before curing, eliminating variability that could skew test results. Laminators then apply a controlled pressure to bond two materials (like film and liner) together, ensuring consistent contact and bond formation. These instruments are essential for creating highly reproducible samples required for accurate peel, shear, and tensile testing.
