Double optical path design improves repeatability accuracy dE*ab≤0.03
The dual optical path design monitors the energy fluctuation of the light source while measuring the sample signal, reduces interference during measurement, obtains higher measurement stability, and improves the measurement repeatability index of the instrument to dE*ab≤0.03. The measurement speed, accuracy and stability of the instrument are ensured.
Innovative nanointegrated optics with a thickness of 5 microns
