Shear Test Weights are essential accessories used with Static Shear testers to apply a precise, constant load to adhesive test substrates for quality control evaluations. These standardized weights are manufactured from steel or aluminum and offer a lower-cost alternative to expensive precision calibration weights for routine, high-volume testing environments.

- The following standard weights are available: 100 grams; 200 grams; 250 grams; 500 grams; 1000 grams.
- These weights are required for PSTC, TLMI, FINAT, and AFERA Shear Testing procedures.
- Custom sizes are also available (smallest weight is 20 grams).
- Anything over 30lbs requires a crate for shipment.

This table can be used to extrapolate any additional size weight we may sell. Weights below 100gr are at 1% tolerance or .5gr whichever is greater. Weights above 2000gr use .2% as the tolerance
