No Returns, No Refunds

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. This Refund & Return Policy applies to all sales made by Khushboo Scientific Private Ltd. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms stated herein.

All products sold by KSPL are sold on a strictly final-sale basis. No returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are permitted under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect ordering, specification mismatch, or dissatisfaction.

An exception may be considered solely at Khushboo Scientific Private Ltd.’s discretion in the following cases:

  • A verified manufacturer defect or official manufacturer recall covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty (as stated on the invoice).
  • A verified KSPL shipping error.
  • A written exception expressly approved by authorized KSPL management.

Unless the issue relates to a confirmed manufacturing defect, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

Warranty-related claims must be raised strictly within the warranty period specified on the invoice. Claims raised outside the prescribed timelines shall not be entertained.

Khushboo Scientific Private Ltd. follows a no-refund policy. A refund may be considered only where a warranty claim has been approved and the manufacturer confirms that the product cannot be repaired or replaced. Any approved refund shall constitute full and final settlement of the claim.

Khushboo Scientific Private Ltd. does not provide exchanges. Where a valid warranty claim is approved, the sole remedy available shall be repair or replacement of the same product model, subject to manufacturer terms and availability.

Khushboo Scientific Private Ltd. reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Khushboo Scientific Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms stated herein.

Order Confirmation & Delivery Estimates

Khushboo Scientific Pvt. Ltd. makes every reasonable effort to fulfil and deliver orders within the timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation. Any delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are based on product availability, logistics planning, and normal operating conditions. Such timelines do not constitute a binding delivery commitment and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including but not limited to material availability, strikes, fires, accidents, logistical disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders for items confirmed to be in stock are typically processed within two (2) business days from order confirmation. Once dispatched, standard delivery generally requires an additional eight (8) to ten (10) business days, depending on the delivery location and carrier performance. If an ordered item is not in stock at the time of purchase, Khushboo Scientific Pvt. Ltd. shall notify the Buyer of a revised estimated delivery timeline. In such cases, the total delivery period will exceed the standard delivery timeframe.

Shipping Partner & Tracking

Khushboo Scientific Pvt. Ltd. utilises third-party logistics aggregators and their associated courier partners for the shipment and delivery of goods. Upon dispatch, the Buyer will receive shipment tracking details, including a tracking number and tracking link, to monitor the progress of the delivery.

Delivery Delays

Khushboo Scientific Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by courier partners, customs clearance procedures, regulatory inspections, weather conditions, or other events beyond its reasonable control. However, reasonable assistance will be provided to the Buyer to help trace delayed shipments using the information available from the logistics partner.

Proof of Delivery

Responsibility for the shipment shall cease once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided by the Buyer. Khushboo Scientific Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the shipment after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
