These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Khushboo Scientific Pvt. Ltd. (“Seller,” “We,” “Us”) to you (“Buyer,” “Customer”) through our WooCommerce store. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

I. General Sales Agreement

1. Contract Formation and Pricing

1.1. Order Acceptance: All orders placed by the Buyer are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The contract for sale is formed when the Seller sends an email confirmation of shipment, not upon receipt of the order.

1.2. Pricing: In a rare event of an error, Seller reserves the right to charge the correct price. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely through our designated third-party payment gateway.

2.2. Security: The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Seller does not store full payment card details. By making a purchase, the Buyer accepts the terms and conditions and privacy policy of our third-party payment gateway partner regarding payment processing.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

3.1. Strict Final Sale: The Seller maintains a strict No Return, No Refund policy. All sales are Final.

3.2. Exclusions: This policy applies to all products, including cases of change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or dissatisfaction with the product. Buyers must ensure they are fully satisfied with the product specifications before placing an order.

3.3. Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed due to the immediate start of the fulfillment process.

II. Product Warranty

4. Warranty Limitations

4.1. Exclusive Manufacturer Warranty: All products sold by the Seller are covered Exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

4.2. Warranty Check: The Buyer is solely responsible for checking the specific warranty terms, coverage, and duration as detailed on the invoice accompanying the order or the product documentation. Seller shall not be liable for consequential damages.

III. Delivery, Shipment, and Risk

5. Delivery and Processing Times

5.1. Delivery: Every effort will be made to fill orders within the time promised, and Seller expects to keep such promises unless prevented by inability to procure materials, strikes, fires, accidents, or other uncontrollable causes.

5.2. Processing Time (In-Stock): Orders for items confirmed to be in stock will be processed within 2 business days of order confirmation.

5.3. Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes an additional 8–10 business days.

5.4. Out-of-Stock Orders: If an item is not in stock, the Seller shall notify the Buyer of the revised estimated delivery timeline. The order will be delivered, but the total delivery time will be longer than the standard 10–12 business days.

6. Shipping Partner and Tracking

6.1. Delivery Partner: We utilize our third-party logistics aggregator to manage the shipment of goods.

6.2. Tracking: Upon dispatch, the Buyer will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment’s progress.

7. Delivery Issues and Delays

7.1. Delays: The Seller is not liable for delays in delivery caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or force majeure events. We will, however, assist the Buyer in tracing delayed shipments.

7.2. Proof of Delivery: The Seller is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the Buyer.

IV. Miscellaneous Provisions

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the sale of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
